We provides control and supervisory control from a variety of PLC based systems to meet all code compliance and performance needs. Each control system is capable of recipe control, customized HMI, product tracking, data collection, remote diagnosis, and storage.

The systems are pre-configured for minimum downtime and include remote access capability.  The systems can be set up with email/SMS critical alarms from a remote computer or mobile device. All remote monitoring and adjustments need to be carried out with the customer's permission and detailed knowledge of the process.

Through the Internet, by the IoT way, the remote capability is one of the many design features that allows Kehao to help monitor, troubleshoot and provide service from an off-site location. This allows continuous support of the kiln, even after commissioning.
