Kehao Thermal Engineering provides a wide variety of process atmospheres including direct fired applications with controlled oxygen levels, inert atmosphere with extremely low oxygen levels, and reducing atmospheres from low to high.

We currently have a few kilns in operation maintaining a very low oxygen levels for the duration of the firing cycles with temperatures up to 1300℃.

In our batch applications, we have developed a programmable cooling system that maintains the low oxygen atmosphere for preventing secondary oxidation.
